Cuesta Park Neighborhood Association CERT is dedicated to all emergency preparedness activities and topics relevant to the Cuesta Park neighborhood.

CPNA Cert conducts monthly radio relay practice with block captains by radio. Each block captain talks with the CPNA CERT trailer located on the grounds at Bubb School.
